Using Dispense Assist is as simple as booking sessions online

- Open an account for your pharmacy and then start booking sessions online
- Choose any session start date and time from now to months in the future
- Designate any session end time from as soon as 30 minutes from start time
- Select if you want to use a Dispensary Technician or Bookkeeper
- Decide if you want an exclusive session (your pharmacy only) or a shared session (with other pharmacies you own)
- Pick your workstation to be used, which may be a physical or cloud workstation
- Check your session cost, see your savings and confirm the booking
- When your session is about to start enable our access and we'll help dispense prescriptions or do your bookkeeping until the session ends
- Book multiple sessions in one day and sessions at the same time on multiple workstations
- Cancel a session any time before the session start time
